Evidence about special warrants
203 Evidence about special warrants
(1) Subsection (2) applies if— (a) an issue arises in a court proceeding
whether a power exercised by an inspector was not authorised by a special
warrant; and
(b) the warrant is not produced in evidence.
(2) The court must
presume the exercise of the power was not authorised by a special warrant,
unless the contrary is proved.
