Seizing evidence at place that may be entered without consent or warrant
207 Seizing evidence at place that may be entered without consent or warrant
An inspector who enters a place that may be entered under this part without
the consent of the occupier and without a warrant, may seize a thing at the
place if the inspector reasonably believes the thing is evidence of an offence
against this Act or a corresponding law.
