INTERACTIVE GAMBLING (PLAYER PROTECTION) ACT 1998 - SECT 222
Failure to produce document
222 Failure to produce document
(1) A person of whom a document production requirement is made must comply
with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(2) It is a reasonable
excuse for a person not to comply with a document production requirement if
complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
