87 Reports about criminal history
(1) If the chief executive, in making an investigation under section 68 or 85
into the suitability of a person to hold, or to continue to hold, a key person
licence, asks the commissioner of the police service for a written report on
the person’s criminal history, the commissioner must give the report to the
chief executive.
(2) The report is to contain— (a) relevant information in
the commissioner’s possession; and
(b) relevant information that the
commissioner can reasonably obtain by asking officials administering police
services in other Australian jurisdictions; and
(c) other relevant
information to which the commissioner has access.
