Amendment of agency agreement
98 Amendment of agency agreement
(1) An agency agreement may only be amended with the written approval of the
chief executive.
(2) The chief executive may withhold approval of a proposed
amendment only if it is necessary to do so in the public interest or to
protect proper standards of integrity in the conduct of interactive games.
