Provision for old s 612 (Amalgamations and withdrawals)
1074 Provision for old s 612 (Amalgamations and withdrawals)
(1) This
section applies to an amalgamation or withdrawal to which old section 612
would have applied if it had not been repealed.
(2) Section 834 applies to
the amalgamation or withdrawal with any necessary changes.
