INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 2016 - SECT 1080
Provision for old ch 12, pt 16, div 3
1080 Provision for old ch 12, pt 16, div 3
(1) This section applies if the
commission has brought deregistration proceedings against an organisation
under old chapter 12, part 16, division 3 but the proceedings had not finished
before the commencement.
(2) The proceedings must be decided, and any
deregistration has effect, as if the repealed Act had not been repealed.
