Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsSection 87B, as in force from the commencement, applies to an employee regardless of whether the employee became entitled to the parental leave under chapter 2, part 3, division 8, subdivision 2 mentioned in that section before or after the commencement.
