Existing applications for orders about right to represent group of employees
1100 Existing applications for orders about right to represent group of
employees
(1) This section applies to an application for an order under
section 479 made, but not decided, before the commencement.
(2) Former
chapter 11, part 2, division 4, subdivision 10 continues to apply to the
application as if the
Industrial Relations and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2022 had not been
enacted.
(3) In this section—
"former chapter 11, part 2, division 4, subdivision 10" means chapter 11, part
2, division 4, subdivision 10 as in force from time to time before the
commencement.
