(1) The chief executive must prepare an information statement and publish the statement on the department’s website.
(2) The information statement must contain information about the following—(a) the Queensland Employment Standards;(b) applicable industrial instruments, including how bargaining awards and certified agreements are made;(c) freedom of association;(d) the role of the commission;(e) termination and redundancy;(f) the rights of particular persons to enter workplaces under this Act;(g) any other matter prescribed by regulation.
