INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 2016 - SECT 159

159 Formal requirements of relevant instruments

(1) A relevant instrument must—

(a) be in writing; and

(b) be signed by the member of the commission making the instrument; and

(c) state the day on which it is signed.

(2) Also, a modern award must—

(a) have a unique title; and

(b) have a table of contents; and

(c) be expressed in plain English and be easy to understand in structure and content.
