INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 2016 - SECT 181

181 Arbitration determination may include agreed matters

(1) An arbitration determination by the commission may include provision for a matter agreed between the negotiating parties before or during the arbitration.

(2) However, the commission may not exercise any powers under this division in relation to a matter mentioned in subsection (1) .
