Note—Ordinarily, if an employee who is a worker under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 makes an application under section 273 for an order to stop the worker from being bullied in the workplace, section 115 of that Act and a corresponding provision of a corresponding WHS law would prohibit a proceeding from being commenced, or an application from being made or continued, under that law in relation to the bullying. This section removes that prohibition.
