Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe following persons can not be appointed as a relevant commissioner—
(a) a member of the Executive Council or Legislative Assembly;
(b) a person who—(i) acts as a director of a corporation engaged in a calling; or(ii) acts as an auditor of a corporation engaged in a calling or of a business; or(iii) participates in any capacity in the management of a corporation engaged in a calling or the management of a business.
