474 Who may apply for an injunction

An application for an injunction under section 473 may be made by—

(a) a party to industrial action or an industrial dispute; or

(b) an applicant for an industrial matter other than a party mentioned in paragraph (a) ; or

(c) an applicant for an order in relation to a contravention, or alleged contravention, of a civil penalty provision; or

(d) a person who is, or is likely to be, directly affected by industrial action or an industrial dispute; or

(e) the registrar; or

(f) the chief inspector; or

(g) an inspector.
