INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 2016 - SECT 514
Appointment of registrar
514 Appointment of registrar
(1) The Governor in Council may, by gazette
notice, appoint a person to be the registrar.
(2) The registrar is to be paid
the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
(3) The
registrar holds office on the terms and conditions decided by the Governor in
Council, other than as provided for by this Act.
