(1) A registration application must be—(a) signed by the applicant’s president and secretary; and(b) accompanied by the following—(i) the proposed address under section 613 (1) of the applicant’s proposed registered office;(ii) 2 copies of the rules the applicant proposes to have as an organisation;(iii) a copy of the register that will, on its registration, be the applicant’s officers register;(iv) a list of any trustees of the applicant;(v) the appropriate fee under the rules; and(c) filed.
(2) Notice of the application must be published by the applicant in the way prescribed by regulation.
