INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 2016 - SECT 613
Registered office
613 Registered office
(1) An organisation must have a registered office in
the State to which all notices to it may be given. Penalty— Maximum
penalty—100 penalty units.
(2) The organisation must give notice to the
registrar of a change in the address of its registered office within 7 days
after the change happens. Penalty— Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
