INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 2016 - SECT 644
Adoption without change
644 Adoption without change
(1) If an organisation resolves to adopt all the
model election rules without change, its secretary may give the registrar
notice of the resolution.
(2) The registrar must register the model election
rules as an amendment of the organisation’s rules.
(3) The amendment takes
effect when it is registered.
