INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 2016 - SECT 658
Application of subdivision
658 Application of subdivision
(1) This subdivision applies if an
organisation proposes to amend its name or eligibility rules.
(2) This
subdivision does not apply if the amendment is made under section 655 or 656
or is proposed to be made for an amalgamation or withdrawal.
(3) In this
section—
"amend" includes replace.
