INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 2016 - SECT 676
Election result report
676 Election result report
(1) The electoral commission must, within 14 days
after the declaration of the result of an election, give the registrar a
written election result report for the election stating the particulars
prescribed by regulation.
(2) A contravention of this section does not
invalidate the election.
