INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 2016 - SECT 693

693 Person acting under interim order

If a person is acting, or continuing to act, in an office under an interim order, the person is taken to hold the office—

(a) while the order is in force; and

(b) despite the rules of the organisation or branch of the organisation.
