732 Members register and officers register

(1) An organisation must, for each year, keep a written register (the
"members register" ) stating each person who is or was a member of the organisation during the whole or part of the year.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.

(2) An organisation must, for each year, keep a written register (the
"officers register" ) stating each person who is or was an officer of the organisation during the whole or part of the year.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
