Effect of exemption
805 Effect of exemption
(1) While an exemption from keeping a members
register is in force for an organisation, its counterpart federal body’s
register of members is taken to be the organisation’s members register.
(2)
While an exemption from keeping an officers register is in force for an
organisation, its counterpart federal body’s register of officers is taken
to be the organisation’s officers register.
