(1) In proceedings, the validity of the following about an organisation can not be challenged or in any way affected only because of a ground mentioned in subsection (2) —(a) the organisation’s existence or registration;(b) the election of an officer of the organisation;(c) a rule of the organisation;(d) a decision made by or about the organisation;(e) the operation of a rule or a decision mentioned in paragraph (c) or (d) .
(2) The grounds are as follows—(a) the organisation has a counterpart federal body;(b) a person is a member of the organisation and its counterpart federal body and the organisation did not receive a separate membership application or fee from the member;(c) the organisation has the same, or substantially the same, rules as its counterpart federal body;(d) the organisation did not keep separate members or officers registers or accounting or other records from its counterpart federal body.
