(1) Execution or attachment can not be made against property or revenues of the State or a department to enforce—(a) an industrial instrument; or(b) a decision of the court, the commission or a magistrate.
(2) A person who is a State employer is not personally liable under a relevant industrial instrument or for a contravention of a relevant industrial instrument.
(3) In this section—
"execution or attachment" includes process in the nature of execution or attachment.
"State employer" means a person who is—(a) an employer of employees in a department; or(b) taken to be an employer of employees in a department for this Act.
