INTEGRATED RESORT DEVELOPMENT ACT 1987 - SECT 68

68 Extinguishment of plan

A plan registered under this Act may be extinguished—

(a) after unanimous resolution of the relevant body corporate; or

(b) if the Supreme Court makes an order extinguishing the plan.
