JAMES COOK UNIVERSITY ACT 1997 - SECT 15

15 Elected members

(1) There are 10 elected members.

(2) The elected members are—

(a) 3 members of the academic staff; and

(b) 2 members of the professional and technical staff; and

(c) 1 undergraduate student; and

(d) 1 postgraduate student; and

(e) 1 undergraduate or postgraduate student; and

(f) 2 members of the convocation, other than persons eligible for membership under paragraph (a) , (b) , (c) , (d) or (e) .

(3) Each elected member is to be elected at a council election.
