33 Establishment of convocation

(1) A convocation of the university is established.

(2) The council is to decide the membership of the convocation.

(3) The council is to decide—

(a) how meetings of the convocation are to be called; and

(b) how the convocation is to conduct its proceedings; and

(c) if and how members of the convocation are to be appointed as members of the council; and

(d) the quorum of a meeting of the convocation; and

(e) the powers and functions of the convocation.
