Establishment of academic board
40 Establishment of academic board
(1) The council may establish an academic board of the university.
(2) The
council is to decide— (a) the membership of the academic board; and
(b) the
functions of the academic board in relation to academic matters, including
teaching and learning, academic policies and research.
