Arrangements Act 1982
(1) Under the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 , the
university is a statutory body.
(2) The
Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 , part 2B sets out the way in
which the university’s powers under this Act are affected by the
Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 .
