JAMES COOK UNIVERSITY ACT 1997 - SECT 81

81 Majority required for first membership resolution

(1) This section applies for the passing of the first resolution under section 22J.

(2) Despite section 22J(7), the resolution must be passed by at least two-thirds of the total number of members provided for under sections 13 to 16 as in force immediately before the resolution is voted on.
