100 Direction to rectify
(1) This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations
for a show cause notice, the chief executive— (a) still believes a ground

of being rectified and that it is appropriate to give the appointed agent an
opportunity to rectify the matter.

notice given to the appointed agent, direct the agent to rectify the matter
within the period stated in the notice.
(3) The notice must state the reason
for the decision to give the direction.
(4) The period stated in the notice
must be reasonable, having regard to the nature of the matter to be rectified.
(5) The chief executive must promptly give a copy of the notice to— (a) the
appointed agent’s principal; and
(b) if the appointed agent is a keno
