104 Notice of termination of agreement

(1) This section applies if an agency agreement is terminated otherwise than because of a direction to terminate the agreement given to the keno licensee by the chief executive.

(2) The keno licensee must notify the chief executive in writing of the termination within 7 days after the agreement is terminated.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
