141 Responsibility of appointed agent for agent’s acts

An appointed agent, in doing an act for the conduct of a keno game by the principal keno licensee, must ensure the act is done in accordance with the rules for the playing of the game.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
