KENO ACT 1996 - SECT 72

72 Form of licence

(1) A keno employee licence must be in the approved form.

(2) The approved form must provide for the inclusion of the following particulars—

(a) the employee’s name;

(b) a recent photograph of the employee;

(c) the date of issue of the licence;

(d) the conditions of the licence;

(e) other particulars prescribed under a regulation.
