142ZZE Sale, supply or consumption of liquor in car park

(1) A licensee must not, in a regulated car park for the licensee’s licensed premises—

(a) sell or supply liquor; or

(b) allow liquor to be consumed.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—25 penalty units.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the extent the licensee is authorised, under an approval (a
"car park approval" ) granted by the commissioner, to sell or supply liquor, or allow liquor to be consumed, in the regulated car park.
