LAND ACT 1994 - SECT 163

Land not included in the offer

163 Land not included in the offer

If the offer is for only a part of the lease, the land not included in the offer, on surrender of the lease—

(a) if the lease was over a reserve—remains a reserve; or
(b) otherwise—becomes unallocated State land.
