313 Delivery of paper documents

(1) This section applies if the registrar of titles is required or permitted to return—

(a) a document that has been lodged or deposited in paper form; or

(b) a document in paper form that is a representation of an electronic conveyancing document.

(2) The registrar of titles may return the document by leaving it at a place designated for the purpose in the land registry.
