LAND ACT 1994 - SECT 31C
Applying for dedication of reserve
31C Applying for dedication of reserve
(1) A person may apply to the Minister for the dedication of unallocated State
land as a reserve for 1 or more of the purposes mentioned in section 31 (1)
(a) , (b) or (c) .
(2) However, before applying, the person must give notice
of the person’s intention to make the application to— (a) if the person is
not the proposed trustee of the reserve—the proposed trustee; and
(b) each
person with a registered interest in the unallocated State land.
(3) The
person may also give notice to any other person the first person considers has
an interest in the unallocated State land.
