43G Effect of cancelling operational deed of grant in trust

On the cancellation of all or part of the operational deed of grant in trust under section 43E , the following apply in relation to the land the subject of the cancellation—

(a) the trust ends;

(b) all appointments of trustees are cancelled;

(c) the deed of grant is issued subject to any registered interests affecting the land immediately before the issue of the deed of grant.
