Existing reserves and deeds of grant in trust for transitioned purposes

558 Existing reserves and deeds of grant in trust for transitioned purposes

(1) This section applies to the extent that, immediately before the commencement, the land was land dedicated as a reserve, or granted in trust, for a purpose stated in column 1 of the following table (a
"transitioned purpose" ).
(2) On the commencement, the land is taken to be land dedicated as a reserve, or granted in trust, for the community purpose stated in column 2 of the following table opposite the transitioned purpose.
