LAND ACCESS OMBUDSMAN ACT 2017 - SECT 27

27 Issue of identity card

(1) The land access ombudsman must issue an identity card to each officer.

(2) The identity card must—

(a) contain a recent photo of the officer; and

(b) contain a copy of the officer’s signature; and

(c) identify the person as an officer under this Act; and

(d) state an expiry date for the card.
