Application of laws about conduct to Legal Aid lawyers who are barristers
78 Application of laws about conduct to Legal Aid lawyers who are barristers
Subject to section 73 (b) , the provisions of any law about the conduct of
barristers apply to a Legal Aid lawyer who is a barrister in the same way as
they apply to other barristers under the provisions.
