LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2009 - SECT 150AI

Application of division

150AI Application of division

This division applies if the assessor is reasonably satisfied a councillor has engaged in—

(a) misconduct; or
(b) a conduct breach that is connected to conduct of the councillor that the assessor is reasonably satisfied is misconduct.
