12 Transitional provision for Planning (Consequential) and Other Legislation
Amendment Act 2016
(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, the process
for making a further agreement under former section 6(a) and (b) had started
but not finished.
(2) The process may be continued as if the
Planning Act 2016 and the
Planning (Consequential) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2016 had not been
enacted.
(3) In this section—
"former section 6(a) and (b)" means section 6(a) and (b) as in force
immediately before the commencement.
