LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTORAL ACT 2011 - SECT 106AB

106AB Meaning of participant in an election

For this part, each of the following is a
"participant" in an election—

(a) a candidate in the election;

(b) a group of candidates for the election;

(c) a registered political party that endorses a candidate in the election;

(d) a registered third party for the election;

(e) a third party that—

(i) is not registered for the election; and

(ii) incurs electoral expenditure for the election.
