Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIn a proceeding for an offence against this Act, a certificate purporting to be signed by a member of the electoral commission and stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter—
(a) a stated document is an application, declaration, notice or return given or kept under this Act or the Electoral Act 1992 , or a copy of it;
(b) on a stated day, a stated person was given a stated notice, under this Act.
