LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2007 - SECT 198
Surrender of local registration certificate and cancellation of registration
(1) A person registered as a foreign lawyer under this part may surrender the
local registration certificate or notice of renewal to the law society.
(2)
If a local registration certificate or notice of renewal is surrendered, the
law society may cancel the registration.
