Duty to inform complainant about action taken for complaint
451 Duty to inform complainant about action taken for complaint
(1) The commissioner must keep a complainant informed about the way the
complaint is dealt with.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the
commissioner must give the complainant— (a) notice of the receipt of the
complaint by the commissioner; and
(b) a copy of any discipline application
made because of the complaint; and
(c) written notice of the date set down
for starting the hearing for the discipline application; and
(d) written
notice of a decision of a disciplinary body relating to the complaint.
